I love that Alicorn Rarity fakie-  I don't have her but I think they did a remarkable job with her eyes and mane/tail- getting the twisting action.

I was recently with a friend at a convention and he purchased what we're pretty sure was a knockoff or error Luna plush, but I mean where else are you gonna find one that's that cheap? The quality was really great for a bootleg, and I ended up purchasing a bootleg shiny charizard plush from the same vendor... To me having the plush itself is more important than adhering to some moral standard that no one is going to pat you on the back for, haha.

I can certainly speak for knockoff pokemon plushies. The real ones are HTF and expensive. "But buying a fake raises the price of the REAL ones!"   Not really....the PokeCenter plushies have ALWAYS been that expensive.

I have this Luna plush from eBay and I love her! So soft and well designed for about £25 delivered. I don't think she is the sturdiest plushie ever as her wings and hair are so heavy. :)

I've never seen this pony in this manner :P it's a shame what she has been turned into, maybe there is a totally safe version of her floating out there :) ^.^

I'm really tempted by alicorn Rarity haha. I  think a lot of the bootleg plush are quite nice, a better alternative to many of the official plush. I remember the Crackle (I think that's her name) plush going around that was VERY well done, at least I remember it being so.

I have Crackle, had the Spike (gave em to a friend once Build-A-Bear's version came out) but I need to get Daring Do.  I dont feel like making her myself.

As for the Alicorn Rarity, I have the Princess Twilight one - if the wings are the same, then I think I can get away with using the seam ripper tool and remove Rarity's wings off, giving me a nice standard Rarity plush :)
