Help me ID this odd TOMY doll?

I've been able to ID most things, but this has me completely stumped!
it's a fairy playset/carry case that talks!
it has a small speaker that says things such as "i'm the prettiest fairy!"
and the only ID clues i have is that it has TOMY 1995 on the back,
all her clothes are made out of a hard plastic but her wings are made out of a soft one.

How tall is she? And how big is the case? She looks familiar but I can't quite place her.

The box is around 11.5/4 inches long, 17 cm/ 6 1/2 inches wide and 8.5 cm/3 1/2 inches deep
The doll itself is around 4 inches in hight, hope that helps you!

It's Popsy.  I did a google search and there's not much information.. but a pick of that kind of doll comes up a few times with the name Popsy. I was looking on ghost of the doll.. but the forums don't seem to be working right.
