Well there will be some more G1's to keep Cherries Jubilee company! I just won an ebay auction (through my dad of course, thank you dad) for 3 G1s. Cotton Candy, Baby Whirly Twirl, And Watercolor Baby Sealight. A little off topic, but my sister decided to start collecting G3, and she bought a MIB Gem Blossom today.

Yay! Baby Whirly Twirl is a cutie pie and one that many people really like. You have the startings of a fine collection already :)

Good to hear! maybe I can sell some of that Pinkie army for more G1 cash. I have more money than I will have for a while since my birthday was in December, but when you're into ponies, money seems to fly fast. I plan on babbling on now because I feel talkative.
There are a bunch of G1's I want, but when I find them on ebay they're either really baity or my dad is at work when their auction ends. Oh well, common ponies show up often enough. Off topic, but I'm trying to teach myself to draw G1's. I'm ok at G4 (points to avatar), but the G1's I have drawn so far end up looking more like hippos or cows :)
bye for now!

My ponies came today! Cotton Candy is in great shape save for a letter V on her hoof and a pen mark on her stomach. Baby Whirly Twirl is great too but his head moves when you shake him (yes, I know it turns, but he turns into a bobblehead when shaken) And baby sealight is good but her hair is very frayed and has split ends similar to the ones on my hair. She also had a pink spot on her face, but she might've still been a little wet from her spa session since she changes colors. PONIES! They're really cool. I love them.

I will take pictures this weekend and post. I have had after school things all week and it's dark when I get home, and I just can't get light that doesn't make the pony look awful.

How awesome that you have been able to start your G1 collection and may I just take a moment to say that given how well you communicate in text, I would have never guessed you were under 16.  Huge welcome to you!

I have actually heard before that I communicate well in text. I am very shy, and I often have a hard time talking to someone I don't know very well, but text allows me to review my words and make sure they are appropriate to the situation and make sense. I have also heard that I act very mature for my age (That's what they think hehe. I still play with toys I am far too old for )
My ponies are awesome and I have already displayed my G1's on my shelf. What can I do to display the seapony without her floatie? I currently have her balanced between two Pinkie Pies. They're like her bodyguards. It's actually quite funny looking. Has anyone else noticed that Whirly Twirl has similar colors and name to G4 Twirly Treats? They are unofficial brother and sister now.
Another day as a pony-obsessed teenager described in a paragraph. That's what all these posts amount to.

You're never too old for toys :p Congrats on becoming a G1 collector! Always nice to see a new collector .

I never noticed that about Baby Whirly Twirl and Twirly Treats, but you're right, they do look similar! :)

Ha! Let's not talk too old for toys. I'm more than twice your age, and I have ponies. I'll whack you whipper snappers with my cane if you get too close!

I'm not too old for ponies, I never was. If I asked a random person at my school if I was too old they would say yes, but then again most of my school thinks they are way older than they are. I, personally, will never be too old for ponies. Ponies are the most amazing thing to happen in my relatively boring life. It gives me something to look forward to every day. I'm not saying I'm to old for ponies. I am just saying I am outside of the target audience of My Little Pony and most people would find it weird I like it. I guess you just read my post wrong.
