How much would you pay for magnets?

Hello there every pony!

I'm currently developing magnet sets for my store and for the Bay Area brony Spectacular!

But a question on price...I'm not sure how much ya'll would like to pay for these.

EXAMPLE:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login


Those are my testers. These would be with rare earth magnets, the silver ones that are much stronger than the black ones.

There would be a mane 6 set, Elements of harmony set of six as well as individual sets such as a set of 2 twilight magnets, 2 AJ magnets etc that would all be sold individually. You can either buy the mane 6 set and get all six, or the set of two of the respective ponies. Make sense?

Anyhow to start thats what I'll hve, mane 6, elements and the individual ponies.

For the sets of 6 I was thinking of selling them for $8-$10, while the sets of two would sell for $3.50.

Thoughts??

What size are the actual magnets when finished? That may affect how much most people would expect to pay for them. For a general item like a decorated magnet, I would not want to pay more than $1 as they are relatively inexpensive items to pick up.

However, as you are manufacturing these for a very specific, licensed, market even if they are quite small, I can understand a more premium price tag and going with $8 for 6 or $3.50 for 2

Yes I if I were selling one each a dollar would suffice. But they are going to bet sets. The images are about 1in round circles.

For that size then I think your prices are spot on The key for charging higher than perhaps you would expect is because they are so specialist and it tends to be an expensive thing to purchase a very bespoke product. Good luck with your sales.
