Dollyhair now providing shipping notification + tracking for outside US?

I recently placed an order with DH and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email letting me know that not only had my order been shipped but the tracking number was also provided

I was truly surprised to see that. I know I've only been ordering from DH for 8 months now, but that is the first time that I've ever received an email with regards to shipping and tracking.

If it's something new that Tina is implementing, I think that's great!

Just wanted to share and see if anyone else had noticed this

It's not something that's really new. When I used to order from DH it was a hit or miss when I got notification of the items being shipped Sometimes I think it just depends on how big the order is.

I know US customers typically get shipping notification and tracking, but it was my understanding that customers outside of the US didn't receive either.

How long does Dollyhair usually take to ship?

I think the order is processed within 2-3 business days and then shipped out. I seem to receive my orders within 2-3 weeks (usually closer to 2 weeks though), I think most of her customers receive their orders within 1 1/2 - 3 weeks depending on where you're located and time of the year etc.
