Hmm, felt over wire?
Depending on how involved you want to get you could make the antlers with the many points you want, sew two copies together, stuff that and run wire inside so they can be a bit more poseable.

Check out Pinterest. I did a quick search for DIY antlers and found this.

Looks pretty good to me.

I'd reccomend using a thick wire like a coat-hanger, coated with couch foam (or any flexible foam that is trimable to mold into shape,) then cover that with felt or another short-haired faux fur product for realism.

Those look like good ideas. I'm afraid I'm useless at this.

Depends how much work you want to put into it.... you could cut the antler pieces out of fleece or felt and just stuff them and mount them on a headband, but those won't be terribly realistic,
carving them out of upholstery foam is possible but pretty difficult, youd probably want an electric knife or a foam cutter for that >.<
Hmmm... depending on how big they are, you could do aluminum foil core with model magic or paperclay (paperclay is more expensive but doesnt crack as much and is lighter) or if theyre a little bigger, the core can be polyeurethane foam or floral foam.. mounted on a headband?
