Etsy Buyer Not Responding, do I ship anyway?

I make rings on commission through Etsy, I got an order, sent pre bake pictures, got no answer, sent finished pictures days ago and still no answer. Do I just assume they will like it and send it? I am a little worried because normally my customers answer pretty quickly.

Hmm....kinda odd they wouldn't answer you, since I am assuming they already paid you for the commission. I suppose you could send one last email and ask if they could please take few moments to write you back and let you know that the finished project is to their satisfaction.

If they refuse to answer, I would then probably just go ahead and ship it. I am sure if they are unhappy they will let you know.

If they're located in the U.S., I would give them another week because it's Thanksgiving week, and they're probably away until at least Monday. People are traveling and stuffing themselves sick on turkey and pie (oh god, no more pie!!)

Eee, I would give it a bit more time. Do they have their email linked with their etsy account?

I ended up just shipping today, I have been trying to contact them from since before thanksgiving, both through etsy and through email and they live outside the US so I am pretty sure it's not due to holiday. :/
