Ok to order from dollyhair?

I need to order doll hair for a custom asap. Its for a christmas present. I'm just nervous t order from dolly hair because if the studf I've read about orders not getting to where thy need to go. Is it safe to order from them, and will I get my order on time do you think? Any other good doll hair sites in the us?

I use DH almost exclusively. Plan for 2 weeks for delivery but, I haven't had an issue in years... And I just recently had a slight mix up with a hank color and Tina fixed it right away.

We'll I would recommend retro dolls us, but I think the owner has been gone a while.  Right now I think Tina is trying to have better customer service, so I would order from her now.

I ordered from Dollyhair recently and I think I had to wait 2-3 weeks for the package, but Im in Sweden though. Everything was perfect, she even throw in an extra hank!

I tend to order a batch of hair every couple of months for the last two years, and aside from a bad order a couple of months back (that was resolved), I've had no problems whatsoever.  In fact, my last order turned up with a hand-written note from Tina about how I'd mistakenly selected a color that was sold out and she didn't even realize that it was sold out when she printed out my order to be picked, and her assistant managed to find enough of that sold out color to still make me the blend I needed.

I also order from DH exclusively, I've never waited more than just over 2 weeks, Tina always throws in extra hanks and I'm pleased with the selection they offer as well as the prices

the customer service has definitely improved.  I was missing part of my order, and got a same day response that the missing portion would be sent out immediately.  It hasn't arrived yet, but it hasn't been too long yet.  It was the 5 random hanks for 10$ all the specific colours I'd selected were there, and there was a gift hank as well.

I've placed two large orders with them in as many months and each time I've gotten my order in about a week.  It seems pretty hit or miss though in terms of shipping times so if you are really pressed for time you might want to order from a different company.

I just ordered from her a few weeks ago, the package came in within about a week. There were no problems whatsoever!

I have never had any problems with DH...always been happy.
