Ebay: junjie1007 , this is the final straw.
« on: October 25, 2013, 05:49:53 AM »
I was a customer for this seller. Granted, she gave me good service and tried to make my order right, but now I'm wary of this seller. This morning, I noticed she had a pony up for BIN price(hint:Second pony, not Royal Riff in my signature). Just before buying it, I asked her this:

Quote
If I buy this item, will I receive exactly what is shown in the picture? (With the pink streak in her hair)

Then I got this message back later today:

Quote
Dear customer,i am so sorry, this items has been sold out, thank you:)

Then I noticed she ended the auction after!

Look...I know I'm a picky Blind Bag collector, but when you show a picture of the item, you should be receiving that item, not the other one!

If you must do business with her and have any doubts about the Blind Bags, message her.

Agreed, item pictured should be what is received.

I had a problem with that seller a couple of weeks ago. I ordered a g4 brushable dj pon 3 and when I went to pay, paypal said the sellers account no longer existed, so my payment just sat there, I contacted the seller and they canceled my transaction saying that was their old paypal account. Um ok

I've bought from this seller quite a lot of times with no trouble except for one time she sent the wrong item but refunded immediately. Perhaps it's a case of selling so many things and losing track? Not sure but like I said I've bought from her several times with no issue. Sorry you had trouble though

I had an issue with this seller and the pink-striped Cherry Pie too, but like Sarah-Bee, I got an instant full refund when I pointed out I'd been sent her with the yellow stripe. I'd be inclined to assume they just're not aware the stripe color is a meaningful distinction, since I've bought plenty of other bbs from them (including other prototypes and the like) and always gotten exactly what was listed.

I've purchased from that seller in the past and haven't had any issues. But I guess I'll be more careful if I order from them again.

Here's my story with junjie1007. I've ordered a couple of blind bags from her, and sometimes she gets the order wrong.

You see, I buy from her based what is shown in the picture, and sometimes she sends me a pony that is not as shown in the pictures. Usually, her listing says something like "you will receive the pony that is shown"

Few times, she was able to send me the right pony or give me a full refund.

This time however...well...letme just quote the messages:

Quote from: Marona
"The pony i've received has a darker cutie mark than the one shown in the picture of the auction. I was looking specifically for the one with the lighter cutie mark, which was shown in this auction. Here is the link to the pony I've received. http://img11.imageshack.us/img11/9075/5vzi.png"

For reference, here is the listing on the sale. I figured since it was Auction and not a BIN, it was for that specific item. It's a screenshot instead of a direct link to the listing.

Quote from: junjie1007
"hi, dear customer, i am sorry for the problem, would you pls send the pictures to my e-mail box: removed

Quote from: Marona
"It is against ebay policy to do that. I've already sent you a direct link to the picture. I will post the URL again: http://imageshack.us/a/img11/9075/5vzi.png

And this made me pull my hair out.

Quote from: junjie1007
"Hi, dear customer, i am very sorry for my mistake,I can offer you a partial refund of $1,pls let me know idea thanks:)"

Okay I know the item was about 4 bucks or so...but really...*sigh*response is what I think about it.

Quote from: Marona
"I don't think it's fair to offer me a partial refund. I ordered and expected to receive what was shown in the picture: The pony with the light-colored cutie mark, not the one with the dark color. I know you may have tons of blind bag ponies, but once people buy, they expect to receive what is shown in the picture. There are many blind bag collectors like me out there who expect to receive what is shown in the picture."

Plus, why do you pay for the item? Because you want that specific item and you expect that specific item. Would you want the item that you don't receive as described?

I don't care if she sorts this out or not. Everyone...just avoid her.

Marona, I don't blame you. If you aren't going to get the *specific* pony you ordered, then why would you order from this person at all? If you wanted *random*, you could achieve that at a box store.

I'm getting really down on eBay, myself.

It's always a gamble when you buy from them. I never pay anything I'm not prepared to eat in case of wrong items.
