Seller on Ebay doesn't know how to give a partial refund

A seller overcharged me on shipping, so she wants to refund the difference. The only thing is, she's asking for my paypal email, and we all know ebay won't allow me to send that. Could someone give me a step by step walkthrough on how to give a partial refund, so I can walk her through it? Thank you!

It's pretty basic, she would just need to log into paypal and locate her transaction with you, there will be the option to "issue refund", she clicks on that and then adjusts the amount (so it states exactly how much she wants to give back to you) and then she just oks it and it gets sent to your paypal account.

Ahhh, she got it! It turns out she was using the mobile app, which doesn't have that option. Once she went to the full site all was well. Thanks!

I am glad to hear she figured it out. I hate that stupid Mobile App. to begin with, so I guess I can just add one more reason why I refuse to use it.
