Look who I found in my local Co-op store!

So I went to my local Co-op store to buy some electricity and gas tokens as I do every weekend, and I saw this little sweetie :heart:

Well naturally I scooped her up and bought her home with me!! 

I haven't heard much of her being spotted in the UK?? So, where else have you seen her in the UK??

Incidentally - if anyone is in the area, its the Co-op in Northway, near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire :D  and there were 2 more left after I bought mine!

Electricity and Gas tokens? What exactly is a co-op?


I have that Luna, and I am turning her into a Cadence. I love the figure so much!

For electric and gas metres :) Here, in some houses you pay for gas and electric credit before you use it rather than a monthly or quarterly bill. It does seem very expensive but then it also means you can easily keep track of how much you use...

The Co-Op is a chain of supermarkets.

And, it's a shame the ones in Chelts are such a walk. I'm not even sure they sell toys D: I will check the Waitrose here, though, they sometimes have awesome finds (I found Diamond Rose there in February!)

LOL yeah Pay as you go utilities, love em!! You can do water too, but I think that's a bit hard core really :D

Turning her into a Cadance eh?? That sounds awesome :D

What sort of paints would you use?  I have a Fluttershy and used the pens to colour her in, she looks kinda.....well not quite right.  I'd love to colour them in properly now.

Lol I'm so glad I'm not on them anymore. The metres were in our creepy spider-filled basement!

I've seen some people use acrylics and then seal them. There was a thread a while ago with a bunch of finished ones, I'll see if I can dig it out.

I think the only place I have spotted her in person was in a John Lewis of all places so thats cool she is in some other stores too!

That is most definitely interesting! Nothing I have heard of before.

I am using acrylics and I will seal her with mod podge.
