Are these all my little pony barrettes and pc on princess combs

I think they are all MLP, except the mint green 3 daisy barrette.  That one, I don't recognize.  Princess combs tend to go for around $6 for the more common ones, like those 2.  I'm not sure about the barrettes, maybe $3-5.  It depends how common the colours are and who they are for, I'd imagine.  I think the pink float one is broken at the bottom, where the base of the glass should be.  Hope that helps.

I think the green barrette was a real one for kids.  At least, I remember having some like it.

Pink sundae (broken) - Sugar Apple

I think the green daisies are MLP as well, the Perm Shoppe had some.
