I brought a lot of 6 "tinsel haired" ponies from this seller, located in hong kong.

They have been good to deal with, don't get me wrong, but just a comedy of errors!

Firstly, my parcel "bounced back" to them, as they wrote the address wrong on the parcel (instead of writing the suburb then state, they wrote it the other way around - eg. instead of "Newcastle, New South Wales" it was written "New South Wales, Newcastle".

Anyhow, on friday, my parcel finally arrived, two ponies short of the 6 so I have messaged them, and sent photos to their email address which they requested ever so politely. I explained I am just after what I paid for, nothing more.

They have been good to deal with with great communication, but it is just proving a very drawn out, hard transaction.

I sent them a message tonight to let them know I have only 4 days to open a case, which I will be doing, not to recover any funds, but simply for insurance that I will receive the other two ponies (the two I most wanted out of the main six of course lol - pinkie and dash).

Yup, they've been hit or miss for me (sending dirty ponies when the pics were pristine, ending auctions early, and once a pony didn't arrive--but they did give me a refund almost immediately with no fuss), but I find it's still worth it to deal with them because of their low prices.

Edit: Whoops, I was thinking of a different seller I've been buying from lately. I still stand by what I said before, but I haven't bought from them for a while so things may be different.

I would deal with them again, but it has been a lot of messing around. As long as I didn't need something in a short time frame lol.

I had good luck with that seller, but then I think I only bought one pony from them. There was another seller that was horrible! I don't remember who it was, I do know there account got closed.

I am sorry to hear that your transaction has become long and drawn out. I myself has dealt with them numerous times with no issues, so hopefully they get this mess cleared up for you soon.

They do seem like they are trying hard to clear it up, and I have been understanding as mistakes happen, its just been one thing after the other. I do get that they are probably not trying to intentionally screw things up though

oh thats a shame I guess they sell so much stuff  I can see how an error gets made every now and then. I personally have brought from them a few times and found them great.
It is nice to hear they are fixing their error for you thou. I hope you get your ponies soon. There is a thread somewhere saying hong kong post has new regulations so postage times are taking even longer than normal so maybe that is part of the delay

i had an unless amount of trouble from these guys, they started out good then kept making errors, i had cases going but they took they time out so much i missed out and a couple of auctions were never corrected

I had mostly positive transactions with them; however, one time I never received a parcel (University Mail Services had tossed it, for some reason, so it was never delivered to me...they have a history of doing that ANYWAYS). I told them this, but they refused to give a full refund...   since it was "a lot of toys" (four blind bags :\ )

I'll still deal with them, but more cautiously.

I had bought from th before, but there has been problems and they had done right on them , i once received a pony cadance with glue , so they gave me a partial refund and another time i got a BB open when they were supposed to be all sealed, so they refunded me also !
I kinda moved on from buying loose ponies so i have not bought from them in more than 6 months

They have told me they will be doing a partial refund ss the two I am missing are no longer in stock, but it hasn't come thtough just yet.

They have been polite and professional about it the whole way though. Just a lot of small issues for six ponies lol.
