What's the best clay to use when fixing chew holes?
« on: October 01, 2013, 12:39:43 PM »
My friend's giving my a G3 who has a *large* hole in her foot. What clay is best for resculpting missing pony body parts?

I use Apoxie Sculpt. It's a two part sculpting medium that air dries rock hard. It's nice to work with, can be sanded, painted, etc.
But you have to order it online.  Avesstudio.com

You can also use mulliput clay. Some craft places carry it (I found Hobby Lobby does carry it but I have yet to actually see it at Michaels) and it is also a 2-part epoxy
My DeviantArt, why not drop by and take a look!

I'll will be looking in to those!

On another note-
Does anyone have any ideas in how to style her hair so it covers the ear holes in the mean time?

Hmm, maybe braid or twist that fron section of hair and pull it in front of and around her ear back with the rest of the hair.
