Hi,

I opened iTunes today and it said it needed to download the latest version. However the download didn't install and after that I couldn't open iTunes. I got a message that said I needed to reinstall iTunes but everytime I tried I get a message that says "Make sure services are validated" or something like that. Can anyone help? I miss my iTunes.

That's weird. Have you tried restarting your computer? And maybe check your antivirus ware. Sometimes it can block certain programs from installing.

Apparently in my frustration with iTunes yesterday I got the message wrong. It said "Apple Mobile Device Support Services failed to start." Please make sure you are authorized to start these services." It took a while but I finally found a solution on the Apple discussions page.
