Help me remember the name of this late 80's-early 90s doll!

She was blonde, and when you applied ice cold water to her face makeup appeared.... a faint memory of having her as a child just crossed my mind... I think there was a star or a heart on her cheek.....

Any one know what Im talking about?

YES! Thank you thank you... I must find one now... :) After a quick google search with your answer, nostalgia took over! That is exactly her!... and now a doll with a big clear plastic bow on her head that lit up is crossing my mind... re-living my foggy childhood memories here. :)

I just found my most favorite doll ever as a young child ( took me a while of phrasing early 90's pouting doll to find her)... My mother bought it for me for Christmas because she said that it had my same expression... even to this day she calls me Sarah when I pout....

She is - Galoob Baby Face So Sorry Sarah

And I MUST have her again!
