Who's the Owner?

I have this outline on my desktop and I've played around with it for a while but I have no idea who it belongs to, and I didn't want to post any of the ponies I'd made without giving credit to the artist. If anyone could tell me who made the template that would be great  :

I got it on google images, I have no idea what website it was from though
