China doesn't see picture stealing as a crime. They do it all the time. It sucks though and hopefully with enough complaints they may pull them to stop being aggravated. Sorry they stole your pictures...but it's a compliment too...they like your work

But this isn't *just* stealing a photo or even taking credit for creating the pony.  This is trying to *sell* an item that they don't even have!

They recreate them...I asked. Said it may differ slightly. So they are stealing the pictures because they like the pony and can re-create it. To them, they are doing nothing wrong but I did report them too.

If they do actually recreate them(I am sorry but I just doubt it), I would be really interested to see one of these "remakes". I can only assume it is NO where near as good or detailed at the pictured pony.

I have reported them as well. It is possible for you have a direct chat with a person from taobaonow and they can communicate to the seller directly for you. They are SUPER nice and will usually do anything you ask.

So they recreate them? That is wrong on so many levels.
I don't have a taobao account, but it would be a good idea for someone to order one, just to see what they end up with. I don't believe in stealing someones art, recreating it and selling it as your own, but I too would like to see exactly what they are repoducing and selling, I'm sure the customizers whose art was stolen would also like to see as well...
