Is this hoof heart normal for G3 Pinkie Pie (Pinkie Pie II)?

Hey everyone,
I recently got a lot of G3's from ebay. Some have joined my collection, and others I've decided to bait. One that I was hoping to keep was Pinkie Pie (I think it's Pinkie Pie II?) as I don't have a G3 Pinkie yet (plus she's in diva pose, which is one of my favourites). Unfortunately her hair is frizzy and has been cut, so she's more of a bait pony 
But I noticed her hoof heart looked kind of odd to me. It's a lot larger than normal G3 hoof hearts.
I've taken a picture next to a G3 Cherry Blossom for comparison.

Yes as Diamond says thats normal for the Perfect Hair release. Shame she does not actually have perfect hair in this case

I did wonder if she was the second release, but I couldn't get any pictures of the hoof heart online.
It is a real shame, because otherwise she's still a lovely pony. I had really wanted to keep her 
I must be the only person left without a version of G3 Pinkie in their collection by now  (Unless G3.5 counts)
I thought I'd seen the double hoof heart on a couple of other ponies (though maybe I'm wrong?). It was really the size of the blue heart that stood out to me. It's massive
