Did they send you pictures of the damage at all? Or of where the boxes were supposedly opened?
Also, I should mention that in my descriptions I said "all sales final". Does that make any difference with anything?
those are both quite valuable collector dolls MIB, no? at least they were when I got mine (especially the Romeo and Juliet set)! Do you think maybe she has some buyers remorse? or wants to try and get them even cheaper by claiming they were damaged/opened? ...although ....if she said in the case that she wants a replacement item thats really odd. I doubt anyone has a stash of these dolls as if they were common/currently still available Ponylady gave some good advice - please do let us know how things turn out, and I'm sorry that you're having to deal with this
Also make sure she sends pictures of the actual box being damaged, not just the product. I always think the worst in people (bad, I know) but perhaps she had a damaged Romeo and Juliet doll already. I know it's way out there but my mom taught me to trust very little in people. It's just weird that one is fine and perfect and the other damaged? Good luck Sweetie!
