Is she steadied when she's in the box? or do i have to worry about her sliding around when she's in it?

Nope she's anchored pretty firmly.  I haven't examined mine in detail but I remember reading something about her being screwed into the base?  Either way she's not going anywhere.

Bedazzled Twilight has a clear plastic wedge piece which fits between her front and back legs so she doesnt move. Theres also a pink string wrapped around her back to help keep her in place. Dont worry, she wont slide around her box either!

Not so much the sliding around I would be worried about...more the staining which could occur from the pink strap!

 i don't care much for the Twilight. i would have if she had molded hair though like Vinyl!!! -.- to me, the Twilight is no different from your average Fashion Style Twilight.
