i had a dg newborn baby lying around so i decided to make something with it. i used my neon paint colors and let them drip on the body in whatever direction they wanted and then brushed the paint around to create a splatter look. after it dried i added a clear sparkle glitter paint to them. i rehaired her with 6 rainbow colors. pink, orange and blue are from retrodollus and yellow, green and purple are from dollyhair.
