1. Get yourself a pin vise on Amazon (I've never seen them at my local craft stores, sadly, but you may give a hardware store a try).
I use this one. It allows me to have the rehairing needle in one end and a plain needle on the other to widen holes as needed.
2. Buy some size 22 or 24 tapestry needles and cut the eye (at an angle) with some decent wire cutters. It's a matter of trial and error when it comes to figuring out what works for you. I prefer to use size 24 and cut just slightly more than half the eye off.
