So I have ponies for sale and one of them sold at the "buy it now price" but the buyer hasn't paid. it sold the morning of 6/27. i said in my listing payment is due by the 5th day so i'm only waiting 2 more days before doing something but I'm not sure what to do. I'm really suspicious of this buyer b/c they created the account the same day that they bought me listing and there is 0 information on this person. I already contacted them once yesterday and NO reply. can anyone enlighten me? the whole thing seems shady, but maybe I'm being paranoid?

I'd wait for that 5th day since it was stated in the auction but yeah sounds like another Newbie loser   Just open an Unpaid item case against them on that 5th day. Sorry you didn't get your money...make sure to block the user afterwards that way you won't have to deal with them again.

I agree with this.  I've been in a similar situation, and I think you did the right thing by messaging them to give them a friendly reminder/warning.  It sure is frustrating when a buyer doesn't pay, and also when there is no communication.  Good luck, and if this sale doesn't go through, hope you can sell them quickly if you relist
