food and things you miss

I miss Wendy's. I don't think there are any left in the St. Louis area. I could be wrong. I saw a bunch of them on the way to Indy for the Fair and was tempted to tell my brother to stop the car each time. I haven't had a Frosty in years.

They re-opened a ton in the STL area!  Florissant, St. Louis, St. Peters....  There's some over here in IL, too - Edwardsville, Collinsville (my town!), Swansea, and Wood River. You can always swing by the Collinsville one or the Swansea one before or after the Pony Meet!  They aren't too far away from Belleville

I reeeeeeeeally..and I mean REEEEEEEEEALLY miss Keebler's Cheddar Munch 'Ems (baked crackers).  They were soooooo good.  My mouth is watering just thinking about them.  My friend and I used to just go to Wal-Mart or Shop N Save and buy a box for our night of driving around.  If anyone - for some odd reason - has these in their area, PLEASE send me a PM!  LoL.

They made them for a short time and even called the Pirate Pearls when the Pirates of the Caribbean movie came out. But then they disappeared. After I had gone crazy for them! Gosh I miss them!

They come out for Easter the last two years! So look around for them during easter you might find them! Even Christmas, but normally they have the mint ones then.

Crystal Pepsi
Canadian Clear (this was a bubbly flavored water available in the mid-90s)
Boardwalk French fries
Strawberry Shortcake cereal (for nostalgia sake)

And I really wish there was a Crumbs closer to me. . .  I don't exactly *miss* it but its a pain to have my favorite cupcakes 6 hours away.

I'm surprised to see people missing Peanut Butter Captain Crunch...I live on that stuff! There's never been a shortage of it here. I didn't know it wasn't available everywhere in the US! As for Dunkaroos, like someone else mentioned, they do sell them still at BJ's.

Oh, I was in poundland today and it made me think of another thing I thought had disappeared off the face of the earth... Citrus Zest Diet Coke! I had it about 5 or 6 years ago and sadly it was only a sip... I didn't get one though...

Bojangles!  The two closest to me closed and I have NO IDEA where another one is!  I keep seeing Bojangles cups and litter here and there around town and it's like... WHERE ARE YOU PEOPLE GETTING THIS STUFF?  BUY ME A CHICKEN BISCUIT!
