Rosette with one entire row of yellow hair

So as the title says, it's about the Rosette with one entire row of yellow hair instead of the regular version with just one yellow streak.

I know that there's more than one of that kind out there so I'm not sure is she just uncommon or a factory error?
Oh and what about her value?

I had a rosette through my hands who had a very long row of yellow plugs too also her mane ended half way down her face too!

Urgh, isn't she supposed to be that way then?   I thought my Rosette was completely normal with one whole row of yellow plugs.

Maybe this could be something similar to Tutti Frutti with the streak either "below" her mane or "on top of" her mane. Wasn't this UK version vs European version?

I think I've seen more Rosettes with an entire row of yellow hair than ones with just a streak of yellow hair

Yes that's right there are 2 versions of Rosette. Its similar to how there are 2 versions of Sweet Clover.

One version has a row of yellow running the entire length of the mane and the other has just a small section of yellow [much as you would see with the early unicorns and even with the Big Brothers]. The one with the shorter [in width] streak is also a much deeper yellow colour in body colour when the one with the mane length of yellow is a very pale yellow in comparison. The pale version is the UK release and the dark yellow is the European release.
