Ebay Second Chances

I was bidding on a Taobao Wonderbolts RD on ebay and was outbid. nuuuu!!

but then i got a message offering me a second chance for my max bid.

Happy ending is that the original WBRD went for £10.50 in the end but managed to get another one for £5.50! wahoo!

Has anyone else had happy ebay endings like this before?

Kind of. I was winning red roses and it was on £38.99 then because the other person retracted their bid, i got it for £28!!!!!

oh yes years ages ago I was bidding on 2 uk seaponies and shells which also came with peachy's complete show stable and a couple of other ponies and accessories I lost by won pound (33 pounds was the final bid). Anyhow how the seller offered me a second chance offer but I was away for a week so missed it. When I got back I was so disappointed to see that, I asked the seller if she still had them and would still like to sell them as I would love to buy them and she said yes, then she said I can have the whole lot including shipped to nz for 30 pounds : ) I died of happiness that day

Yes! I got a second chance offer on a Hasbro catalogue once...and it was one I had been looking for for ages. Still cost me a pretty penny but I was soooooooooooooooo happy!

This has happened to me but due to my cracked up little mind I can't remember what it was that I got via second chance. It wasn't a pony, it may have been a Monster High or a game. I just remember being extremely chuffed that I got another chance.

Not the same thing but pony ebay related my Starflower was on ebay and no one bid on her, when the listing ended without selling  contacted the seller and asked if she could hold her for me and she did.
