Best Blog site?

I want to start blogging. And I know what sites are good in Sweden, but i want one in English and one in Swedish. Going to start them as a part of my new job (starting an education to be a nail tech in a couple weeks!) and to promote my nail art and business.
Anyone got any tips? or if you can have two language versions of the same blogs?

Ah.... Wordpress is more "blog" type, but Tumblr is way more popular and allows reblogging n stuff.  I prefer Tumblr because it's super simple.

I love using blogger. It has everything I need, and I love the way how you "connect" with other blogs that are using blogger. And its easy to use and customize in every way.

I have an addiction to tumblr. You can use it as a blogging platform or just for fun personal use, so it's pretty versatile.

I use Wordpress and Tumblr. Tumblr is great and really simple to use, especially when reblogging. It's really popular, especially among teens and those in their 20s. I love how you can customize layouts HTML-wise.

Don't get me wrong, I use Tumblr much more than WP!
But I prefer the latter. Wordpress can reblog other blog posts too and import your posts from other blogging sites such as Tumblr. I also found Tumblr more limiting - for example, you can block users from contacting you but not from following your blog etc. Wordpress on the other hand gives much more privacy options. It also is geared to an older, more professional audience. Oh and you get blog stats like how many page views you've gotten over time.

Both can attract spam comments depending on your privacy settings though.

I should probably have mentioned I'm on Tumblr (same user name) and not looking for that kind of blog. Might have a side blog for just nail/mani photos there, but i also want to write reviews and such in a way I couldn't on Tumblr.
but it sounds like Wordpress is the way to go! Thanks for the advice

I love Blogger.  I used to use it more frequently, when I felt like keeping up a blog.

For a business, do get a self-hosted Wordpress. You can have much more customization.
