Thank you! .') yes, aquarelles, gouache and fineliner/marker (...ink, really).
And I don't know if there really is a story behind them. I've had  a lot of deer in my head lately, and a lot of emotions to get out. ^^'

Deers are majestic by default but you really made them even more so!
The sharp contrast with the silhouette piece and the delicate details such as the spiderweb in the second. Exquisite!

These are just gorgeous, I love them both!  The antlers in the first pic are spectacular and fascinating and the background is just the right balance of subtle and detailed.  And the fact that you drew a gerenuk makes me so happy, not a lot of people ever seem to know what they are.  Such a cool animal too!  I love how it swirls out at the bottom.
