Do you happen to have a picture of her? Does she have that copywright info on her?
I don't get that, but it's likly her plastic is just..thinner. I had a second FS Rarity I bought recently who flet thinner and squishier than my first.Bare in mind I had her sitting next to my laptop's fan that emits heat until I decided to cut her up.

She could have been sitting in the hot storage, plus they use the same molds
I haven't had a problem with softer-plastic ponies breaking down. My Sky Dancer is a lot squishier on one side than the other, and always has been. It's just a case of thinner or unevenly-distributed plastic. If mine hasn't broken down and gotten sticky after 25 years, I don't think there's much to fear from FS Twilight Sparkle in that regard. I'm beginning to covet the FS ponies myself, but I don't have any space for them right now...Maybe after I've moved in with my boyfriend and we set up that "doll room"...
