Phone call from ebay?

Did anyone else receive a call from ebay this morning?

As soon as she said it was ebay, my mind went straight to fraud! I though maybe my account was hacked! But it was simply a woman telling me about the updated seller listing fees and policies, and that was it. It was a real person, not a recording and she didn't ask for any information, just to confirm my email. In short, it was weird.

Yes, they make phone calls often and like HR said it is usually to do with the new updates that they are rolling out. They just want to make sure you aware of what is going on.

FYI ~don't try and complain to them, like I have in the past when they call because it's a courtesy call. They don't want to hear it

Lol, I didn't even think about it, I was just in shock that they were calling! I usually ignore numbers that I don't know, so that explains why I've never received a call before.

They've called us before too, but not for a few years now   unless of course we havent bothered to answer cos it looks like one of those annoying sales phone numbers on our phone
