Yes, eyeliner would look good, I'd skip the eyebrows completely.

The thick eyebrow looks a bit odd I think?  What might be helpful is to find a custom pony that has the eyebrows you like- and copy them?

I was thinking your eyes might look better with a little outlining maybe? Just a suggestion.  Found this cool tutorial: http://www.aikarin.com/mlp/customs/eye.html

I took off the eyes and brow and redid them. some outlining of the eye might be good but no lashes because the is a male pony. Thanks for everpony who suggested the thinner brows, they were to thick.  Will post pictures soon. : )
