Strange alternate Birthflower?

Dear Nirvana Collectors

I was just searching eBay to check the current prices on alt. birthflowers, when I came by this completed auction:

Either that is a really strange/repro-kind of Morning Glory, or, a custom..?
Her hair is much longer than normal, her symbol is weird and her eyes different.. (usually they are much darker black)

As a huge birthflower enthusiast, I just thought is was interesting

My first impression is that she looks like a rehair at least. The eyes and symbols look factory, at least in the 1st picture. However, that seller raised some red flags in TS (possible repeat scammer) but I don't know if anything was ever confirmed.

My guess would be rehair as well. In addition to the length, it just doesn't look quite right...

She's definitely a re-root.   That price is shocking.

The seller acts like she doesn't know it's a re-root- but has included the details that shows that it is.  Is it possible she doesn't know?  Doesn't that seem unlikely?  I feel bad for the sucker who bought that pony...
