Corset Story Website?

Has anyone purchased a corset from there? How is the quality? The prices seem reasonable.

I have quite recently and am pretty pleased with it. I got a fully steel boned one and am happy with the quality. I would order from them again. The only problem I've had is that I ordered a size too big

i ordered a few from there when i began waist training, they aren't too bad for the price. but they don't compare to other corsetiers. and they will not stand up to true lacing for very many wears. whoever, they are a very good fashion corset at a reasonable price. but in my opinion timeless trends is better.

and if you have an unusual shape or plan to lace seriously, or even regularly go down more than 4 inches...eventually you will need a custom made garment.

I've purchased from them, and as an only casual wearer of corsets, I think they're wonderful. My steel-boned Corset Story corset feels every bit as sturdy as my steel-boned Timeless Trends corset, but the Corset Story garment was almost 45% less expensive. (Again, this is with basically special occasion use. If one were to use them both heavily it is definitely possible that the more expensive one would hold up better.)

While they're quite lovely, I never recommend that one buy plastic-boned corsets from anyone, though. They're just going to warp and be troublesome. Steel-boned is the best. I mostly mention this because Corset Story's "fashion corsets" section may appear at first glance to be their most affordable, but they have the plastic boning (as far as I could tell, when last I looked).

I would be very careful with which corset you buy from there, and I wouldn't expect anything heavy duty. If you're into corsets for the look, they are good quality but if you want a corset for waist training, I would look elsewhere. Also some of their designs look almost too similar to designs from better corset makers like timeless trends or whatkatiedid, whch leads me to believe that part of their lower price range is due to the fact that they do not have an original designer and use the designs of other corset makers.
