Help please from a Swedish member?

Hey, so I need to send a Bank Transfer (well 2 actually!) to sellers in Sweden, I can send them from here but it takes a week to do and they seem a bit confused about how to do it in my local branch! (lol)

If someone could please help me out, I know its slightly cheeky! But I could forward the money on then via paypal with a little extra for your time xx
