PC on NC Tickle

Hello all.
I'm eyeing an NC Tickle but would like to make a fair offer for her. She looks to be in good condition, maybe a spot of paint missing from an eye and hair looks slightly frizzy.

Any PCs are greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, I'm no expert, but I'd say $20? I'd wait for an official PC though from the big guns (the Nirvana mods )

A good condition one is normally $25-30

I'd say $20 is about right. I paid $14 for mine, and she was in worse condition when I bought her, with lots of big obvious (but thankfully removable) marks.
