Yep, they're pretty unnoticeable on a pony with hair. I don't remember seeing them on any other pony either.

Do you all have som whitee dots between the hair rows? Are they some factory markings?

they are factory markings :) to help the workers place the lines of the mane ;) they will stand out more on her dark body which is why you can see them.
