MH stand question
« on: April 02, 2013, 03:42:10 PM »
Is there anywhere on the net that you can specifically get the plastic Mattel stands in bulk or at least something really similar, or do you just have to hope for someone to randomly unload spare stands on ebay or something?

I'm wondering because I know they do not all come with stands but when I eventually accumulate a collection I would like all of their stands to be uniformly consistent. What are the best non Mattel stands to use?

Mattel sells the stands for $4 each, but they are currently out of stock for female stands. At least there were a few weeks ago. You can only buy one or two at a time online, but you can call them and order more than the max. http://service.mattel.com/us/contactus.aspx

I use Kaiser stands, the barbie ones are a little big but i find they work well and also fit the boys, if a little tightly. Apparently the ones for skipper are a better fit for the girls.
