Seller hasn't shipped yet -- UPDATE!

Friday evening, I paid for a listing that was of two G2 ponies. The seller, who is in the UK, has not shipped them off yet. In the listing, she says that she will ship them out within three days of the payment being sent. I sent the money out as soon as I hit the "Buy It Now" button. She also said that she works full time Monday-Friday and listed the hours she works so the only days she can ship are Friday, Saturday, and Monday. Like I said, I paid on Friday evening so she wouldn't have been able to ship out that day. But she had the opportunity to ship out Saturday or yesterday. Because it is now Tuesday, I'm starting to get a little concerned that she won't ship until Friday, if at all. This seller has 100% feedback (most of which were pony listings) so I'm not too worried.

Should I maybe send her a message asking when she will ship out?

The seller messaged me today to let me know that she shipped my ponies out on Monday and she put in the information up on Ebay :)

Hi,
Personally, I don't think you should rush this, as stated in their listings they appear to have a busy life (I completely sympathise, I'm a college student and also struggle to make it to the PO), I would suggest giving it a few more days (up to friday evening if necessary) and then prompting her. She could have had a family problem or been ill, I know I've had a nasty inner ear infection for three weeks and it affects me getting out and about, and the cold weather could be another thing to consider, this weather has been atrocious in the UK and very dangerous in some parts.

I hope they send out to you soon, I'm not siding with the seller here, but merely thinking they should be given a few more days to get their act together before prompting them, out of interest, do you know what part of the UK they are in? If you let me know, I could see if they had been badly affected by snow as it's mainly the N.E and S.E that have been very severely affected.

I do not see any harm in inquiring as to when it will be shipped. Just explain that you were a little confused by her handling time and the days she can ship. And you just wondered if you would have to wait till the end of the week for it to go out? 

Another thing she may very well have sent it out already and just forgot to upload the shipping information.  Hopefully that is the case so you don't have to wait till the weekend for it to ship, if she hasn't.

Icecrystalline: I know exactly what you mean. I get really busy with going to class and working part time. The listing says that she is in Exmouth, Devon, United Kingdom.

And I think I'll wait another day or two then do as you suggested ponylady :)

Yes, it may have been shipped but the information not loaded on eBay. Especially if there isn't a tracking number, depending on how it was shipped. I would not be worried yet, but you could certainly send an inquiring message to ask when/if it has been shipped. :)

There's nothing wrong with clarifying with her that she would be shipping your package on Monday when you paid on the preceding Friday.  :)  Send her a message.

I usually wait a week of business days only...before I ask about something being shipped.  One time when I asked after 4 days the seller yelled at me and said, "do you think that ebay is all I do? I have a life you know."  Well, that was pretty rude and I don't need that kind of thing. I think its rare someone would act that way, but I have decided to wait at least 6-7 business days.  If I read your post right...you have only 3 business days there technically only two with the time zone issue.  Even if they said they would ship at a certain time...3 days isn't much.
