Excluding the international ponies, I'd say Lily Blossom. Lily Blossom was a 2nd wave release and a lot of customizers used her to make a Ditzy Doo, so I'd say she's pretty rare compared to the other non mane 6 brushables. I was lucky enough to by her for $20 off of Amazon.com a year ago!

I'm going to go with the new one that is coming out Sunset Shimmer, glow in the dark Zecora and third will be Cupcake with reversed hair (blond first). This isn't included the already high priced ponies like Sweetie swirl and Star Swirl but only single pack ponies. Since most ponies that where bonus ponies will be hard to get to start.

I know I want a cupcake, sadly I had one but then didn't want it (sold it) then saw the reverse hair and was like that looks better. Also want Ploomette but I think she will be like Lily Blossom, BlossomForth, Diamond Rose, Plumsweet hard to get but rather common in comparison.  I think a lot of the non mane six will stay popular and pricey.

I'm in the UK I'll  be honest and say I don't think any g4 will reach the hefty height of Mimic and her fandom. I want Mimic, but I'd much rather get hold of TE Bright Eyes than Mimic, slay me now but I see much less of her so to me she is rarer and what I have seen of her when it comes to price she is easier looking on my pocket. I've missed out on her a few times.
I've noticed Mimic on the dreaded bid site, there's at least two on at the moment, one higher in price than the other but looking at the pictures of both I'd never pay that much. One has dots on her that are either pen, mold or cancer so I'm not bidding and the other looks a bit grubby too.

G4s will never reach the lofty heights of rare G1s like Mimic as someone has already said they are produced in bucket loads and whilst special event ponies may be pricey for a time they will go down eventually.

Though this of course is my opinion

Crap, is Lily Blossom really that hard to get now? I passed on her in Kmart a while back... shoot. I did want her. Oh well. xD

I'm surprised about Blossomforth. I did get her... on a BOGO at a Family Dollar a long time ago. There were plenty that day. I didn't even want her that much but like her enough that she's staying in the collection. xD

Didn't even know there was a regular pega Ploomette... and she's rarer? Nuuu, I want!

Things like this make me slightly glad that I eventually cave and buy almost every pony I see and want even vaguely! Reverse buyer's remorse!
