Buyer Beware on Ebay: mylittleponyworld

The buyer on ebay, mylittleponyworld, bid on my MIB Forget Me Not about a week ago and never paid. All e-mail communications with her were ignored as well. Kind of weird too, as this buyer as 100% positive feedback, but basically made no attempt to communicate or pay. Big time waster, basically. Thankfully, I got my ebay fees back once I closed my open case on her today. So buyer beware : /

Did you look and read all there feedback? I had to deal with someone that has 100%. but really were not paying for there items that they bidded on

Avene: I didn't read all their feedback as they have well over 200+. I'm guessing they are just taking advantage of the system, knowing sellers cannot give negative feedback to buyers, so they bid on what they please, whether they intend to pay or not : (

I had the same thing happen to me. The person had around 50 positives but about 35 of them were sellers saying he didn't pay. I don't understand why they don't just open a case, 3 strikes and they get kicked off of ebay.

And this is just another thing as to why i dislike selling on ebay!  When did this happen?  Doesn't give sellers much protection anymore

Not sure if that's true, the guy who didn't pay for me decided to do it again in my next round of sales so I reported him twice and he was kicked off of Ebay after I closed the second case.

They don't have a very good track record of kicking bad buyers off unless they have cost Ebay a certain level of monetary loss/staff time or the behavior can be easily ligitated against.    Because they DO make Ebay money when they use the system...

I wonder if it was the same person? I wish I could of gave them the feedback that they needed!! Oh well that person is gone. Just wondering when they are going to hit again.
