They all look like genuine Hagen Renakers to me. :D  Here's another site with lots of pictures of them: http://hagenrenakermuseum.com/

I always loved looking at them when I saw them for sale - only have a few though.  (Fun fact: Breyer used to lease some of the HR molds for their own models.)

Do they still make these? I have several of these figures, (several of which need new homes) but we bought most of them when I was a kid (90s - early 2000s) at the local A.C. Moore (a craft store, basically the same as a Michael's.) Are those legitimate, or did other companies use the Hagen Renaker molds for their ceramics?
I'll put something here some time

Yes, they still make them.  That link shockponie gave is actually to a page on their official site, and their home page has a dealer locator.   I imagine that there are knock-offs using the same or similar molds just like anything else, but there's a good chance that A. C. Moore was selling legimate ones - it's the type of store that would carry them back then.  I'm not sure how you could tell for certain other than maybe trying to find the ones you have in an ID guide.

My grandma had a ton of these too. I actually have the little deer one from her collection and mom has the rest.  I might have to give her a call and ask if I can have them.

Oh, my gram had some of those things too! *fit of nostalgia*  I'm going to see if I can find 'em and post photos...

Wishlist - I'm back on (semi-) active buying again... can't buy everything on my wish list all at once (yay, back-to-school and tuition fees), but I am still looking to plump up my collection a bit more: http://mlparena.com/index.php/topic,380638.0.html

They must have been really popular to collect and still are.

Yea you will love them.  I have always loved these.  I asked my mom yesterday about the terrarium,  but she isn't sure where and if she has it.
