Anyone find the bulk link on the new photo bucket?

Was just in there and I can not for the life of me find the bulk link.  They claim in this page - http://photobucket.zendesk.com/entries/22494178-current-list-of-missing-features  it's there but where?

If you click your username in the drop-down (in the upper right corner) and go to User Settings, and click on Albums at the top (in the upper left portion), there's an option to turn on easy linking mode (Save). Then you can go back to your library & do bulk linking.

I haven't been to the actual photobucket in a while.

I've been avoiding pb for the last month or so... I'm afraid of what I'll find when I log in to update my sales photos...
