Can any one help? Piggy in need of being rehaired

Not sure if I am posting this is the right place - Anyways, I have a poor Piggy pony I bought a while back, I would love to get her rehaired. I am definitely not going to it myself, I don't trust myself to try to fix her and I have no experience in rehairing. So, I am here searching for someone (in the US) to restore this Gal. Her symbols are great, she just needs new hair and her body is discolored.
(side question - Can she be sunfaded?)

her body actually looks sunfaded and sunburned, so more sunlight might do more damage. you could try on a small area though if you want

She looks like she has the beginnings of tail rust and might be moldy inside?

She does have some rust inside, but she isn't moldy.

I love them too, I found her real cheap. **Hopefully** one day I can get another Piggy friend for her
