It was originally 20$ and had a mark-down of 10$

I remember people finding it at $20, $15 and $10 over the course of its release and it was on a Black Friday offer as well.

So yes the $25 is high. But you may need to expect to pay a bit of a premium as it is no longer available in stores and therefore technically doesnt have a RRP any more.
