I have a first edition Blueberry Muffin coming.  She has what looks like an ink spot on her face.  Can I use acetone, or is there something better?

Removzit, or acne cream with benzoyl peroxide should take the stain out.  Acetone won't do anything and may even spread the stain.  Be careful of her face up because either of these will fade the paint.
