BlindBag Lyra has an all-white tail; is that normal?

I picked up a blind bag Wave5 Lyra Heartstrings the other day, and her tail is painted just white. Is that normal for Lyra, or is this one an oddball?

I would guess the confusion is because in her wave 3 release she had an expected green tail but in the wave 5 release its all white for some reason! Guess it makes them easy enough to tell apart in the future!
