Is there any help for me?

For years I've had this doll cross my mind..

When I was younger, I'd say this was about 1996-97 somewhere round there, I had this doll she was the only doll I ever played with which may explain why I remember her somewhat.

She had Dark blue hair and it was in a ponytail, she had a greenish suit on (I think it may've been painted on) and her skin was like a tan/bluish tint? Idk but when I had her I was around 7 or 8 and I remember her legs kept falling off so I decided to throw her away.. lol.. anyway I don't think she was barbie but who knows. she stood probably around 7 or so inches tall. (Yea I remember details like that)

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? because I would love to find another one again

Have you visited the Ghost of the doll website? They are super good at identifying random old toys. That's where I went when I could not figure out what my Tenko and the Gaurdians of Magic doll and horse was.
