Oxy boiling ponies - Please give me some insight.

All these responses have been great! Thank you so much everyone!  If anyone has a good picture of either oxy boil failures or successes as I mentioned in my OP a picture donation for me to share on my site would be wonderful, as I wouldn't be using it on tinsel, metallic or shimmer finishes. I have a bait lined up for this and other tests, she'll be cut into parts, and each part will have a different treatment with one being left as is to compare results. The bait is a true bait & she's being sacrificed to hopefully save other peoples ponies so don't feel to badly for her.
