Funny Story (Have you had this happen?)

So, I bought a Catrine from mejohnson85!  I asked for a smeared one, since I had full plans on customizing her into a Calico  The hair is on its way, bouncy-excited, etc.  When she got here?  I fell in love with her.  Oh no!  Catrine was far prettier than I thought!

So, instead I asked her if she had another, and bought that one from her as well!  She just showed up today.

...I like my first Catrine's face better!  Even though she has a chip in her eyebrow and nose, I LOVE her more!  So I'm going to be customizing the good one!

I try to collect only one of each doll. Sometimes the one that I want to customize is prettier then the first.

That happened to me the other day when I found Scaris Deuce. I found two of him at once, and grabbed them both without really looking at his face. When I went to take pictures to post the extra here for someone, I realized one had such a slight bit of wonk to his eye, he looks like hes trying to model. Then I couldn't decide which one I wanted, the one with the perfect face, or the model one. So I let the buyer decide, and now model Deuce is staying with me! Jordan's got her first male model for her agency!

My swim Lagoona has an eyebrow that has the slightest piece of paint missing on the lower edge, but it makes me like her even more. After all, real eyebrows are like sisters- not twins.

Edit: BTW, I love that Derek Deuce! He has a certain... je ne sais quoi.

I found a Jackson on a store but the box was damage and almost half open, he no longer had glasses nor pet so decided to pass from him.
But a week later i had a family meeting with the kids, you see I live in Monterrey MX, and here the MH are a bit hard to find in stores. Almost rare. And you only see them at flea markets for i don't know around 50 to 90 usd which is too much when at stores you can find them from 15 to 35 (depending on the doll). So, we decided that we would go back to the store and see if he was still there as it would be complicated to get him again at store price.
The pet and the glasses will have to be acquired later or made.
When we got to the store, we found out that now, someone had decided to give him a hair cut.
How do a toy gets a haircut inside a store?! He looks ok, I mean it was not bad hair cut, but come on people!

Oh my gosh!!!  How could a store let someone cut the hair on a doll in their store!!   I'm glad you saved him too!!
